Worst quest ever

FF14 is not a casual game! I thought it was, which is why I got a subscription and all expansions. Turns out, it's basically a forced Raid game, were you're walking into a battle not knowing what to expect and the "Devs" over-did everything! One hit kills to attacks you can't dodge...that should never be a part of any game, rookie developer mistake right there! When players start dying, they will blame the healers, not realizing, the healers have to try to stay alive as well and heal a whole group, thus having the hardest job and the unconsiderate boss battle concepts by the "Devs" makes sure there's no fun it it and when players are not having fun, you failed as a developer! You will fear everytime you're forced to run a dungeon/raid with humans instead of NPCs, more so if you're a healer and I am/was a healer. You shouldn't have to watch videos online and study a Boss battle like you're preparing for a college test. It's like World of Warcraft Raids but forced on you because you have no choice but to do them in order to advance the game. As much as it pains me to say this... Guildwars 2 is better because it doesn't force dungeons. Don't get me wrong, GW2 sucks because of the cheaters in WvW/PvP, but FF14 bad development decisions are game killers and I left GW2 for FF14. So now I don't have an MMO to play because I'm going to cancel my subscription for FF14. It's not fun, it's stress and no game should give you stress.

I'm going fucking insane, I've moved over from PS4/5 to PC and i've followed this guide.. it straight up doesn't work, I've tried Wired, Wireless, DS4Windows, DS4 and a DS5 controller and it never registers the controller.

That footage of the Monk's "fast" GCD is significantly slower than even the slowest GCD classes in WoW without any endgame gear. I was interested in getting into this game, and I've tried 2 or 3 times, getting to level 50 on a Paladin once. But holy mother of fuck, the combat is slower than constipation.

great playthrough! yea I'm editing my comment from a month ago, I originally discovered your walkthrough around 2019 January, when I was doing nightshift as an airline aircraft avionics technician apprentice. Your walkthrough single handedly got me to play the game and have something to do on my days off which were nightshift anyway since I didn't want to switch my sleep cycle! Sorry I had to stop watching your guide which is really done poorly. When your item's condition turned into good, instead of using an action which increases your item's quality, you used something else to miss that good quality. Also, you didn't use Brygur 's blessings, after you accumulated quite many inner quiet stacks...dude, missing these two vital steps makes your guide not good.

They should but just less than tanks and dps. There is always a time to deal and a time to heal. I've seen healers do more dmg than dps and still able to heal.

Ex wow player here (quitted end of mop) and new player of FFXIV. There are many good things to say about this game but the combatsystem isn't really one of them. Mainly the sucking way too long casting times and these aoe telegraphs. As an example last week i have been running/ farming the preatorium alot to farm moogle tomes. I must have done the thing at least 45 times and i really know each fight very well. During the NERO fight at a certain point he stands in the middle and does a kind of small circle aoe around himself. Like the other players i always run out of the marker as fast as i can. On the 45 runs i always did same routine of running out but on 3 occasions he still managed to hit me Like WUT!. One of them i remember i ran out of the circle like usual and was as far as the border of the battlefield and the thing still hit me and killed me pushing me into the electricity and not the other players that ran out as fast as i did lol. It all wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that these abilities are often very punishing if you're lucky you lose half hp if not you die. So yeah not a fan of this

I did every side quest I could get to, and the Groundskeeper kept telling me more people needed to be saved. After going over everywhere I had already been and finding no one for 2 hours I was so over this area, and I was like, sorry I'm out, let's get this over with lol. Now I have to go back for the end of the main quest ugh.
